Is Manifest software or a services business?
Manifest is software for government software contractors. Avaza is our paying design partner, and our team uses Manifest with Avaza on real pursuit and delivery work. The product is designed for contractors to use across their own teams, codebases, and programs.
Why not use proposal software and a coding agent?
That still leaves the contractor to connect the bid to delivery, assemble a capable internal team, and manage the lifecycle between separate tools. Manifest provides one multi-player product for pursuit and delivery.
